The uniquely high production of up to 100,000 sheets a day allows us, for the first time ever, to varnish/print large volumes cost-efficiently silk screen quality. There’s never been a better time to manufacture large volumes in such a short space of time.

Consistently high quality

Irrespective of the speed and volume of production, the register stays absolutely precise. The gloss surface is flat with no squeezed edges. The sheets are secured by grippers during the whole varnishing process. There is no re-adjustment of the screen, irrespective of the sheet run length.

Lower production costs

The easy one-man-operation and the high production capacity achieve the lowest ever cost per sheet. Irrespective of the sheet size – depending on the surface –, different screens with different mesh widths from various suppliers may be used.
